“To me, coaching means listening, meeting people on equal terms and creating clarity together. I help people define their goals, develop their own solutions and take concrete steps. I offer orientation and honest input without being patronising.”
The right coaching for your situation
Youth coaching
Young people need a setting in which they are taken seriously and trust can develop. In coaching we work on concrete topics such as school, training, motivation, substance use, leisure time, conflicts or self-confidence. Goals are translated into achievable steps and progress is reviewed regularly. If needed, I involve parents, school or other professionals.
-
Trust and relationshipHonest and respectful collaboration is the foundation. Young people should feel taken seriously and be able to talk openly about their situation.
-
Goals and motivationWe define realistic goals, break them down into achievable steps and regularly review progress.
-
Self-confidence and personal responsibilityYoung people learn to recognise their strengths more consciously, make their own decisions and take responsibility for them.
-
Strategies for everyday lifeTogether we develop concrete ways of dealing with school, training, conflicts, stress, motivation and daily structure.
Sports coaching
Sometimes it is easier to start a conversation while doing sport. In sports coaching I combine exercise with personal development. Sessions are tailored individually and strengthen self-confidence, endurance and the ability to deal with challenges. The focus is on enjoying movement and noticeable progress – not performance at any price.
-
Individual supportExercises, pace and intensity are based on personal abilities and goals.
-
Movement as a way inSport can help clear your head, build trust and address difficult topics in a relaxed setting.
-
Self-confidence and perseveranceSmall successes make your own abilities visible and strengthen how you deal with challenges.
-
Health and structureDepending on the goal, elements of fitness and martial arts are included. Exercise, recovery and a healthy daily routine are considered together.
Coaching for adults
This coaching is for you if you want to change something in your professional or private life. Together we create clarity, identify your strengths and develop concrete next steps – for example with a career change, stress, work-life balance or conflicts. I work with proven, scientifically based methods that I select to suit your situation. The focus is on solutions that suit you and can be put into practice in everyday life.
-
Career orientationWe sort out your options, clarify your goals and develop a realistic next step.
-
Stress and work-life balanceTogether we look at what is weighing on you and how you can bring more balance and structure back into your everyday life.
-
Conflicts and communicationYou learn to look at situations from different perspectives, recognise your own part and address conflicts more clearly.
-
Strengths and resourcesWe make visible what is already there and how you can use your abilities more effectively.
Systemic anti-violence training
I am currently training to become a systemic anti-violence trainer. From spring 2027, I expect to offer practical training in violence prevention and in dealing professionally with aggression and bullying – especially for schools, residential homes, social institutions and educational staff.
This service is currently being developed. Further information will follow as soon as the concept has been finalised.
Keep going. Move forward step by step.
The first step is a no-obligation conversation – on equal terms.

- Social pedagogue HF, commercial employee EFZ
I am a qualified social pedagogue (HF) and commercial employee (EFZ), and in 2022 I completed the CAS in Coaching & Mentoring. For many years I have supported young people, families and adults in challenging life situations – including residential youth care, educational family support and as a self-employed coach. As a member of the Swiss Coaching Association, I regularly continue my professional development.
In my work I combine professional experience with a direct, appreciative and solution-oriented approach. It is important to me to take people seriously, to stay in contact even when there is resistance, and to develop steps together that work in everyday life.
In private I am a father, a musician and a passionate martial artist. My experience in martial arts also shapes my coaching: keep going, take responsibility and move forward step by step.
References and collaboration
I work with individuals, families, schools, authorities and social institutions. Reliable communication, clear agreements and respectful collaboration are important to me.
